What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

• PayPal: Wolluu primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.

• Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

In what currency will I be charged?

All our transactions are processed in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency, depending on which website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4-time payment option?

We accept 3-time payments.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us at our Support Center.

Please note that we can help you change your order before shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email is in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
